Former Indian cricket team skipper Virat Kohli is currently in Australia, preparing for the 2022 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. He will be seen showing off his batting prowess during the Super-12 matches which are scheduled to begin on October 23, with India taking on their arch-rivals Pakistan at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).

Recently, Kohli posed with a fangirl in Brisbane ahead of India’s warm-up game against Australia and within no time, the picture went viral on social media.

The fangirl, Ameesha Basera, also shared the photo in her Instagram story and captioned it as: “I am screaming. The best day if my entire life, never been this awestruck!!!”

Calling Virat Kohli ‘the sweetest’, Ameesha also shared a post with the caption, “Just beyond words”.

Ameesha is a Software Engineering (Honours) graduate from The University Of Queensland.

She did her engineering internship from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Dehradun.

Ameesha is an ardent Kohli fan and regularly shares pictures of the talismanic Indian batter on her Instagram account.
