Twitter goes wild as Jos Buttler, Yuzvendra Chahal drag RR to victory over KKR

Rajasthan Royals (RR) defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in a close, but high-scoring, encounter at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai on Monday, April 19.

The Orange Cap and the Purple Cap holders shone for RR in their thrilling victory. While Jos Buttler slammed his second century of IPL 2022 season, Yuzvendra Chahal picked up a five-wicket haul including a hat-trick.

The match was a cliff-hanger where the pendulum tilted from one team to another as KKR were sailing through at one stage reaching the 100-run mark in just 8.3 overs with Shreyas Iyer and Aaron Finch batting at the crease. But wickets from Chahal, Ravichandran Ashwin and Prasidh Krishna brought Sanju Samson’s RR back in the game.
