Women’s Delhi Premier League: Complete squads of all four teams
The cricketing landscape of the capital is set to change dramatically as Delhi prepares to host its inaugural Women’s Premier League. Scheduled to commence in mid-August, the tournament promises to be a thrilling spectacle for cricket fans.
The league will feature some of India’s top women cricketers, including the likes of Priya Punia and Shweta Sehrawat, adding star power to the competition. All matches will be played at the iconic Arun Jaitley Cricket Stadium.
With a total of seven matches, including the final, the Women’s DPL will showcase the talent of Delhi’s emerging cricketers. The league will feature four teams: East Delhi Riders, North Delhi Strikers, Central Delhi Queens and South Delhi Superstars.
Cricket enthusiasts in Delhi are eagerly awaiting the start of the DPL, hoping it will unearth new talent and contribute to the growth of women’s cricket in the country.
