Rizwan’s brilliant knock

The partnership between Rizwan and Shakeel proved pivotal, allowing Pakistan to post a formidable total. Rizwan’s knock was a masterclass in temperament and shot selection, further enhancing his reputation as one of Pakistan’s most reliable batters in the longest format of the game. Shakeel, too, played a crucial role, bringing up his century before being dismissed for 141, helping to stabilize the innings after early losses.

By the end of the day’s play, Bangladesh had responded cautiously, reaching 27 without losing any wickets. However, with a massive deficit of 421 runs, they have a mountain to climb heading into Day 3.

As the match continues, all eyes will be on Bangladesh’s ability to counter Pakistan’s strong bowling attack. For now, though, it’s the camaraderie and brilliance of Rizwan and Babar that have taken center stage, providing fans with not only cricketing excellence but also moments of joy and friendship on the field.
