BAN vs AFG 2023 Test ODI and T20I series: Broadcast Live Streaming details When and where to watch in India US UK & other countries
Bangladesh are all set to host Afghanistan for the multi-format series, kicking off with a one-off Test on June 14 at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. Following the only red-ball fixture, the Asian sides will meet in the three-match One-Day International (ODI) series, starting July 5. Post the 50-over battle, Bangladesh will take on Afghanistan in a two-match T20I leg, starting July 14.
It is worth mentioning that Afghanistan made their debut in Test cricket in 2018 against India at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Since then, they have participated in six Test matches, securing victories in three of them, including their recent win against Zimbabwe. In contrast, Bangladesh has a much longer history in Test cricket, having played 137 matches but only managing to win 17 of them.
As of now, both sides have announced their squads for the one-off Test. Litton Das will lead Bangladesh in the absence of Shakib al Hasan while Hashmatullah Shahidi will captain the Afghan team in the red-ball fixture.
