Rizwan contributed 42 runs before departing, while Jamal displayed resilience, finishing unbeaten with a valuable 33. Australian skipper Pat Cummins emerged as the chief destroyer, claiming five crucial wickets during a remarkable bowling performance. Cummins’ skillful and strategic bowling led to Pakistan’s innings coming to a close at 264.
